Wolf announces $5 million overdose fighting drug grant for statewide first responders

Outside an old fire station in Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood Friday afternoon, surrounded by firefighters who have already saved 40 lives this year alone from opioid overdoses, Gov. Tom Wolf announced a new $5 million grant that puts 120,000 doses of naloxone, an overdose reversing drug, in the hands of first responders statewide.
