Highlighting safety concerns, Sen. Argall pushes work zone speed cameras

Convinced it will make Pennsylvania work zones safer, Sen. David Argall (R-Schuylkill) is working on passing his bill, Senate Bill 172, that would authorize speed cameras in work zones.

Sen. Argall stated that, "People will learn to slow down," if the bill is enacted.

This bill will create a five-year trial period for PennDOT to place speed cameras in active work zones on limited access highways.
