Pittsburgh officials remind Pennsylvanians open enrollment for ACA coverage begins this week

Rep. Dan Frankel (D-Squirrel Hill) and health advocates held a press conference in Pittsburgh Monday to let Pennsylvanians know that the Affordable Care Act is still “the law of the land.”

Due to cutbacks in advertising of the ACA, also known as Obamacare, and with “all the noise” coming from the nation’s capital about repealing and replacing the universal healthcare system, Rep. Frankel wanted to remind his constituents that the ACA is still alive and well and open enrollment for coverage begins this Wednesday, November 1 and runs through Friday, December 15.
