Sen. DiSanto's Education Savings Account legislation could help low performing schools and students

Sen. John DiSanto (R-Dauphin) held a press conference at the Joshua Learning Center Tuesday morning where he announced his Education Savings Account legislation. 

This legislation would affect the bottom 15 percent of public schools statewide and are state-funded spending accounts that parents can use to pay for Department of Education approved expenses.
