On Monday afternoon Rep. Sheryl Delozier (R-Cumberland) hosted a press conference in support of House Bill 1419.

The bill, which was passed by the House in April, builds upon Act 5 of 2016 and would automatically seal low-level, non-violent misdemeanors, summary offenses and non-conviction records with no action required by the person after remaining crime-free for 10 years. The bill was unanimously passed out of the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday afternoon and now will head to the Senate Floor.
