Capitol prepares for newly extended run of gun-policy public hearings

In response to a torrent of outrage on guns and cries for stricter gun laws, the Pennsylvania House Judiciary Committee will hold five public hearings over the next two weeks on firearm laws.

The meetings were originally slated for Monday through Thursday of next week, but will now run from April 9 through 11, along with April 16 and 17. The additional meetings were necessary to accommodate additional speakers.
